Who we are:
DCH Ecogreen Solutions is an DENR Accredited Hazardous Waste Transporter and Disposal Service company that has business collaboration with several Treatment, Storage and Disposal (TSD) facilities, as well as Shipping and Cargo companies, enabling us to provide services in all regions from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

In compliance to the RA6969 law, our General Manger, Pollution Control Officer, Drivers, Logistic Assistants, as well as some of our staff are DENR trained to handle hazardous wastes.
What We Do:
DCH Ecogreen Solutions is authorised to pickup and transport hazardous waste to DENR approved TSD facilities. DCH will help our client facilitiate the DENR Certificate of Treatment (COT) that is needed to comply with the RA6969 law.
What are Hazardous Waste?
Hazardous Waste are wastes that can be hazardous to the environment, and may bring about air/water/land pollution. Such includes, Used Lead Acid Battery (Vehicles, Telecom, Equipments), Busted Fluorescent Lamps, Electronic Wastes (Computers, Devices), Hospital/Pharmaceutical Waste, Used Oil, and other Contaminated Materials.
What is the RA6969 law?
RA6969: Toxic Substance and Hazardous Waste Control Act.

This law mandates the control and management of process, use, transport, storage, treatment, and disposal of toxic substances and hazardous waste.
What happens if Generators don't do anything?
Generators would be violating the law and will be penalised with various health risks, to the people around us (Family, Friends, Acquaintances), leaving a negative impact to the environment, resulting in giving poor message to the young, as well as economic impact.
